During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the hotel's two main features: the location and the amenities. the hotel is strategically located near the center of the historic town, ideal for exploring the old town, particularly the riverside area. the breakfast was good, especially the tasty blends of tea offered by room service. Another advantage I enjoyed was the neat and comfortable rooms that were well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

I disliked the receptionist's behavior, which made me feel like a suspect being questioned by the police. They made multiple copies of our documents and asked too many irrelevant questions about our previous stay.

Spent an amazing Christmas at a hotel in a beautiful location! Loved the comfy beds and spacious rooms, perfect for a relaxing night after a long day exploring! The buffet breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone's taste. The hotel had a great central location, making it easy to walk around and explore the surroundings without worry. While the hotel was great, the room could have done with some more natural light as it was quite dark during the day. It would have been nice to have more toiletry options provided and maybe a little more attention to detail when it came to cleaning.
